How do I book an appointment?
Book online or call the practice during opening hours. Please mention if your concern is urgent.
What should I bring?
Please bring your Medicare card, current medicines list, relevant records, and any questions you wish to discuss.
Can I discuss several concerns?
Yes. Please advise reception when booking so we can arrange an appropriate appointment length.
How will I receive my results?
Some results require follow-up. The practice will contact you, or Dr Junaid Ali Khan will discuss them during review.
What if I need urgent medical care?
For urgent symptoms, call the practice. In an emergency, call 000 or attend your nearest emergency department.
How do I cancel an appointment?
Please cancel or reschedule as early as possible. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.
